This introduction video to the Fantastic FRED Experience helps share with parents some of the important mental health and wellbeing messages that their child or children will be seeing and hearing when Fantastic FRED comes to visit your school.

Update Parents: "So what did Fantastic FRED talk about?"

FRED and the Professor were so pleased to visit your school. This video will help parents to understand what happened during the visit, recap what their child or children learnt, and answer some of questions that they may have. It's everyday stuff about eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, making sure that they get enough exercise (did someone say dolphins?), and managing time properly on digital devices.
